In addition to the Course materials, you also have the option of learning it with a teacher in Mumbai, who will personally guide you through the entire Course.
Please note, this Course is intended only for sincere aspirants who will be dedicated in their practice. If you feel that your current circumstances would not allow for a regular practice of the Breaths, then it is best not to enrol at this stage.
